Steph Cohen


Steph is an artist and first year surgery resident who earned her B.S. in Biochemistry from Tufts University and B.F.A. in Studio Art from The School of the Museum of Fine Arts in 2016. She recently graduated from Tufts University School of Medicine and is a surgical resident at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School.

She is an illustrator for The National Surgery Review. Additional art and design experience includes 2 years interning at Harvard College's Department of Ceramics, journal cover design for The Journal of Global Health and World Neurosurgery, surgical illustrations published in Annals of Surgical Oncology, Practical Radiation Oncology, and Open Access Surgery, and work on the Boston Public School Project mural in Boston's city hall.

Her work has recently been displayed at multiple JP Licks locations, 1369 Coffee House, and Darwin's LTD . She was also part of a traveling exhibit with the National Academy of Medicine.
